Thiago Carpini, the 40-year-old manager of EC Vitória is really changing things up in Brazilian football with an amazing start to the 2024/2025 season. After getting the job in May 2024 Carpini got Vitória to the top spot in both the Campeonato Baiano and Copa do Nordeste which got everyone talking about him.
