In an exciting Brazilian Championship game Santos pulled off a big 2-1 win against Cruzeiro at the Mineirão Stadium in Belo Horizonte. The win was really important for Santos to get away from the bottom of the table. Guilherme made all the difference scoring to make it 1-1 in the 63rd minute and helping set up Caballero’s winner which showed how good he was in the match.

The win will help the team’s confidence before they play Vasco and Bahia next. For Cruzeiro losing means they’re still in second place, three points behind Flamengo who leads the league.
