Michel Araújo who’s a winger from Uruguay, is almost done moving to Bahia forever. He came to São Paulo from Fluminense back in March 2023 and showed he can play lots of different spots up front. Before that he played at Racing Club de Montevideo and Fluminense where he played 49 games in the league got 3 goals and helped score 3 more.

Rodrigo Nestor who plays in the middle is gonna go to Bahia on loan but they have to buy him later. He’s really good at seeing passes and making plays and was real important for São Paulo’s middle. This move helps both teams cause São Paulo can pay less wages and Bahia gets stronger for playing in the Brasileirão.
Rogério Ceni’s Role in Transfers
Rogério Ceni who runs São Paulo FC is really important in making these moves happen. He knows a lot about tactics and helps players get better which you can see in how São Paulo handles their players. By letting these guys go Ceni wants to make the team smaller so they can afford everyone and still play good. These moves with Araújo and Nestor are gonna change things for both teams next season.
