The fans can’t wait to see his first game against Racing Club hoping he can get the team playing good again.

Challenges at Independiente

Independiente ain’t doing so good this season especially in the Torneo Clausura where they only got one point from nine games. Right now Carlos Matheu is running things temporary until Quinteros officially starts. Everyone thinks him coming in will help the team start playing better.

Quinteros is coming in when lots of managers are changing in the Argentine Primera División. Like how Pablo Guiñazú just quit as Talleres manager which shows how tough the league is. Independiente really wants Quinteros to help them move up the table and get into those international competitions.
