Impressive Season Performance
The path to moving up was full of good games with Gimnasia de Mendoza leading Zone B in the Primera Nacional. They had a big win over Defensores de Belgrano which got them to the final match with Deportivo Madryn. Ariel Broggi’s coaching using what he learned with Leandro Gracián from when they were at Vélez really helped. The team got 17 wins 12 draws and only 5 losses which shows how good they were playing.
Leadership and Team Dynamics
Ariel Broggi has done a lot as manager and his history with Leandro Gracián who manages Deportivo Madryn made the promotion battle more interesting. Both coaches came up at Vélez and won a championship together in 2005 with Miguel Ángel Russo. This past together shows how Broggi knows his stuff and brought good tactics to Gimnasia de Mendoza. The team with players like César Rigamonti and Nicolás Ferreyra was really important in winning all season.
