In a weird turn of events, Ayrton Costa, the talented center-back for Boca Juniors won’t be able to play in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup because his U.S. visa got denied. At first Costa hit a roadblock when they denied his U.S. visa which could have messed up his chances to play with Boca Juniors in the big tournament. According to what sports writer César Luis Merlo said Costa fixed a mistake in his paperwork but still couldn’t get approved to travel.
